Operational Changes at Retail Offices & Prize Claim Procedure

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised of the closures of our Retail Offices in the & changes to our Prize Claim Procedure until further notice.

ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER DRAW DATE. 

Prize Claim Procedure

Anguilla

1. Send a photo of your ticket (front and back – back should be signed) along with a photo of your Gov’t issued I.D. to the following number:

• 1-264-476-8392

2. You should also provide the below banking details for direct deposit of payments:

• Bank Account number
• Bank name 
• Name on the account
• Type of account – Savings or checking

Antigua

1. Send a photo of your ticket (front and back – back should be signed) along with a photo of your Gov’t issued I.D. to the following numbers:

• 1-268-764-2273
• 1-268-764-3933

Please note that cheques for prize payments will be available for collection at the Caribbean Lottery Retail Office (High Street) on Friday April 17th between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

St. Kitts & Nevis

1. Send a photo of your ticket (front and back – back should be signed) along with a photo of your gov’t issued I.D. to the following numbers:

• 1-869-662-8798 / 1-869-662-4276 (for Nevis)
• 1-869-662-2678 /1-869-662-5504 (for St. Kitts)

2. You should also provide the below banking details for direct deposit of payments:

• Bank Account number
• Bank name 
• Name on the account
• Type of account – Savings or checking

3. Persons who bank with Credit Unions or do not want direct deposits done would have to wait until   April 14 to receive their cheques.  

St. Maarten

1. Send a photo of your ticket (front and back – back should be signed) along with a photo of your Gov’t issued I.D. to the following numbers:

• 1-721-520-1682
• 1-721-553-2517

2. You should also provide the below banking details for direct deposit of payments:

• Bank Account number
• Bank name 
• Name on the account
• Type of account – Savings or checking
